Order to MDM

I don't know if this post is in the correct section but, anyway, I would like to bring this forum my experience with an order to MDM Deutsche Münze.

On 31/01/2013 I placed an order in the above dealer(?) for 5 x 2€ GERMANY 2013 (all mints) - Bayern: Schloss Neuschwanstein with the price of 10,00 € plus 1,95 € for delivery costs, which means a total of 11,95 €. To pay this order I asked a temporary VISA Credit Card, thru an application that we have in Portugal and called MbNet, with the maximum value of 12,00 € and a valid date till end of February. On 31/01/2013 MDM requested an authorization for the transaction with the value of 11,95 €, which was granted by the application. No money movement at this phase, only the authorization was granted. Perfect!

Yesterday MDM requested the payment but instead of 11,95 € (the value in the order form) tried to get 13,90 € (more 1,95 € than the agreed value). The transaction was rejected by the application with the following message: amount card exceeded. Instantly the credit card was cancelled in order to avoid any debit excess.

My question is: what is your experience with MDM? Did you have a similar problem? I will appreciated very much any comments about this kind of situation

yes i ordered any coin CC and then MDM toke from my bank account money and send others coins CC

I ordered, and 2 days ago I recieved an email that the coins were send to me.. So expecting them any moment now..
Never had troubles with them

I ordered coins to Mdm in december, I payed with normal Visa card and recently I received my coins as expected : no trouble with them, and, when you ask something by email, they reply very quickly

Didn't know we can put this in here, i've been using that site to order all letters of the CC coins of Germany for years. Also bought the set of 5 letters from the 50 years Elysée Germany too. Same price, 10€ +1,95 shipping.

They r very reliable, and when the coins will arrive, you'll have alot of info to buy other coins (Germany has ALOT of coins lol)

I have already received the coins and everything was in perfect conditions. I'm very open to use this site in future orders.
