Italy 2012 2 euro Pascoli and other

Hi members,
I have to swap many coins 2 e cc. Italy 2012 Pascoli, 2012 tye, 2011 150 years of unity, 2010 Cavour (*3), 2009 Braille (*1), 2006 Olympic winter games Torin all in unc. conditions and many pieces 2011 1 ct, 2 ct (*2), 10 ct, 50 ct (*2), 2 € Dante.
I also have to swap a few of stamp-coincards Vatican 2012, that include one stamp 0,75 € Pope Giovanni Paolo I and the 50 ct 2012 Vatican in b.u. conditions.
Finally i have one piece 50 ct San Marino 2008 and Vatican 2010 50 ct all in very fine conditions.
I swap them against some piece of the new coin from Finland 2012 "Helene Scherfebck", 2012 tye and 2009 E.MU.from Finland I need at least 15- 20 coins totally to reduce cost of fees post.
