VAT Fraud Numismatic

Post by coins_muenzen2 »

Over the years, an increasing number of operators have been buying and selling without declaring VAT.

They utilize the 0% intra-Community VAT rate to avoid the tax and then apply the 0% margin scheme, or simply issue no invoice at all.

This causes a complete distortion of market prices, in addition to being illegal.

Many of them sell on Facebook, some on eBay, others only through email and WhatsApp.
