I have received same email, with deadline 16 September, has sent document, but just received that order was cancelled, to be honest i cant understand why and how they working

I think there is no logic in the methods of MTM.
Why spend 2 weeks after selling with trying to cancel a number of orders instead of shipping the orders?
We pay a lot of money for shipping and then they spend their time with useless work.
When they need the coins for some other purpose like selling by Monaco coin dealers why put them at sale first.
This creates a lot of extra work, extra emails, money to be returned and so on.
When they want to see proof there is an adult person behind an account, why not ask before the sale? And why just random checks?
Check for double accounts could also be done before the date of sale.
Then at least those coins could go to collectors.

This 2€ cc is a big business, many people( MDP, Monaco's treasure, coin dealers) make huge money from the beginning to the end and finally collectors must pay hight price.
Are you ready to pay more than 500€ simply for a 2€ CC ?
If this kind of situation happend every 4-5 years ok, we can think about but with Monaco this is every year the same story, regarding market price many people want several coins to make money and then it's finally more and more dificult to buy only one.
Something sure I will not buy a 2€ cc at this price, never.
That's because of this kind of business I stopped 2€ cc collection ...

luit, jore agree with both of what you saying for monaco methods , only once i get issue price 2euro from mc. then i stop waiting 10-20 hours to be on list and if i am lucky to get finally the coin.
