- Luxembourg;
- Malta;
- Netherlands;
- Portugal;
- Slovakia;
- Slovenia;
- Spain.

Priority for security: accepting PayPal, but also good bank transfer, sending registered and insured parcel.

Swaping also possible to Lithuanian, Latvian rolls. But priority to buy..

Don't write who has less than five rolls.
I'm more interesting to find dealers, who have 10+ different rolls, or can offer new issueing rolls/card/sets for best prices.
Don't offer at ridiculous prices, I'm not newbie. Example slovakian member offered Slovakian 2018 rolls for 60€, when in Lithuania this roll cost 53-54 at dealer,. Of course, some rolls costs 100+, but not new and not with big mintages..
