its not fixed yet. on emuenzen forum it is told, that the issue date and the amount is deleted in some documents.
in may it should be all fixed about this coin.

Yes, I just have same information, quantity and date disappear on new document.
I hope for a higher quantity.
Committee who decide quantity of coins minted on Monaco will meeting on may.

I read "for circulation" on document.. who can know that these coins will be like 2€ CC Monaco 2013.. I wish it..
