Belgium 5 euro cent 2018 issued only in set
Finland 2019 i know issued only 5 euro cent and 2€
Italy 2018 and 2019 not issued 1 and 2 euro cent
Lithuania i don't have info about 2019 euro coins
Slovenia and Slovakia not issued 20 euro cent 2019

Lithuania 2019 all coins were issued just in BU sets

Slovenia issued 20c 2019 coins in rolls in past week.

You are a lucky guy Albin,
in Munich national Bank have neighter 2019 nor 2018 rolls. They told me that they have to save up money, therefore all rolls what they have are made of circulated coins with a mixture of different years.

But from LIDL market you become sometime new German 2019 coins. Dont know where Discount market get their rolls.

PS. Maybe since 2018 discount markets in Germany have the right to mint the German coins, because they are cheeper. :lol:
