Who can tell me if the second commemorative coin of Luxemburg ha already been issueD?

I asked tjis because somebody wrote me hat it had been issued end of August

Hi,
I think, that end of August the coincard was available. The loose coins out of rolls should come in Dec, as Bruno allready wrote.
