Simone Veil coin and BU

Officially they should be issued by the MDP on June 18, but with them you never know...
Remember that with the Cornflower BE and BU there was a delay of more than one month.
Anyway, I can reserve them. I don't know yet if the BU will be colorized and I have no news concerning the BE.
