Supplier know some cc maybe mix in roll, he advise me he will provide me only reconditionned rolls

I received rolls today and i confirme they was chcek by seller, NO CC coins !

How can the seller confirm or check if he does not open the roll? Or do you offer only loose coins?

The seller tell me had open several rolls, no cc inside, imposssible to konw exactly how many rolls have cc coins and where they are exept into coin dealer hands ! So I prefer say "no cc".
Exept what was wrote on internet I don't know if someone found cc coins in a roll.
The roll I propose is original in purple paper direct from MDP where coins was strike and packed for Monaco.
On the package it's print: "50 euros en 25 pièces de 2 euros" and the code FR30 is print on the border. Maybe rolls with cc coins are different, I don't know.
