Spain TYE for other countries

Hello everybody,
Regarding Ten Years of Euro cash commemoratives, I would like to swap about 4 rolls for most countries : Portugal, Italy, Ireland, France... I would send the Spanish issue. We could discuss the number of rolls for the swap.
In progress : Slovenia, Slovakia.
