According to a friend in Cyprus the UNC coins 2010/2011 are already available since Monday morning.
There was a fee about 6% for the rolls and about 15% if you get single coins.

This is true as I got some rolls the other day. It applies for all coin rolls they issue.

5% handling fee +17.5% VAT on the handling fee.
