king Æthelred II of Northumbria's second reign,legend is retrograde EDLREDREX and dot in pellets rosette , on the reverse maybe the moneyer's name...this bronze coin was minted between 843 - 849 AD .
We had a discussion in an italian numismatic forum and FAC ,and we didn't found a very same coin in catalogues (books and neither online) because this one has a dot in the middle of both 2 sides..others have at least a cross or a circle on 1 side.
