The 10.000 coins reserved for citizen are offer for free to people live in Monaco.
The box is the same but text is printed in red. Certificate is different, M letter is added before serial number and it's wrote this coin is offer by his majesty AlbertII to Monaco's citizens.

As usual I don't get it
, 5 minutes before it's my time to be connected on the MTM websop, message Sale is finish, all coins are sold, the queue is ending.
I have number 12750 when sale begin at 10 PM.
Anyway this is not important for me, I only try to get one for other collectors.
