I just got official confirmation from National Bank of Estonia that estonian 2e cc will be available since 2nd January 2012

Some sites say that the Belgian 2 euro is also released today. Can anyone confirm this?
If it's already out, I might convince my dad to visit the National Bank today and get some rolls

The Belgian coins is not emitted yet.
I phoned at the national bank today and it is necessary to wait that the date of issue is in the "monitor" (" Official Belgian gazette ").
The bank will prevent me as soon as the coins will be available.

yesterday and today in the rest cities is available the 2 euro CC 2012 (10 years euro)

Mintage of Finnish coin apparently is 1.5 million.
