Hi, what means ? if i go to the cash office at the Central Bank in Vilnius they will not sell me rolls? i heard people can buy 2 per person, isn't it?

It is not a true.
Only commercial banks sell rolls, Lithuanian Bank can give few coins if you change Litai to Euro or ask friendly but they do not give you any rolls.
