Omniva store no longer selling Estonian Coins

The official distributor of Estonia coins (https://www.omniva.ee) will no longer be selling them their contract with Bank of Estonia (Eesti Pank) has expired.

this kinda annoys me, there is a reason there is a limit on how many 2ecc designs can be issued per year per country and this just feels like a loophole

Even though on occasion I have managed to get one of the 'rarer' variants of a 2ECC and sold at a profit; I acutally agree that this should not be allowed.
There is a reason of restricting countries to two commemorative 2 Euro coins a year (3 if there is a common issue).

Personally I feel the Monaco does it right with the queue system they have, it's not perfect but better than all the rest.
there is only 7500 coins for sell on MTM.
I also assumed all 15,000 would be available from the online store.
What do they do with the other 7,500?
